Pofuduk Coloring is a coloring app for children aged 2–6; this policy is written for parents. It applies to the app on Android and iOS. The publisher is Talion Studio; the person responsible for app data is Can Avcılar. Questions: canavcilar77@gmail.com.

Information we do not collect
The app does not ask for or collect your or your child's name, email, phone number, location, photos, voice, contacts or the device's advertising ID. It contains no ad SDK, no third-party analytics, no account system and no chat. It does not request camera, microphone, location or notification permission. No internet connection is needed to play.
Information kept on the device
Colored pictures, the gallery, stars, stickers, chapter progress, settings (sound, music, vibration, language) and unlocked chapters are stored in the device's own storage. The app's own usage measurement (for example picture opened, picture finished, star earned) stays on the device. None of this is sent to us or anyone else.
Parental gate
Settings, purchases and restore, deleting and sharing from the gallery, and the privacy policy link are behind a parental gate: numbers given in words must be tapped in order, and the numbers change every time. Child screens show no prices, ads or links that leave the app.
Purchases
The first chapter (Farm & Forest) is free. The Sea and Dreamland chapters are unlocked separately with one-time purchases. A purchase can only be started from behind the parental gate; the store's own family approval (such as Apple's Ask to Buy or Google Play parental controls) may also apply. Payment is handled by Google Play or the App Store; your card and payment details never reach us. Your purchase record is kept in your store account; the app only stores on the device the purchase status reported by the store (product ID, transaction state). Purchases and restores use the internet only during those actions.
Children's privacy
Because the app is made for children, it was designed with the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the Google Play Families Policy and the App Store Kids category rules in mind: there are no ads, no third-party analytics, no personal information is collected from children and purchases are behind a parental gate. If you believe information about your child has reached us, write to canavcilar77@gmail.com; we will review and delete it.
Deletion and retention
In the parents' area, Reset progress deletes the gallery, stars, stickers and coloring progress from the device; purchased chapters stay in your store account. Uninstalling the app deletes all data on the device. We keep no data about you or your child on a server. Details: data deletion.
Third parties
The app shares no data with anyone. Purchases run through Google Play or the App Store and are subject to those stores' own privacy policies. If you email us, your email address and message are processed in the support mailbox (Gmail) only to reply; an exact retention period for support correspondence has not yet been set.
