Frequently asked questions
- How do I change my nickname?
- Settings > Player name. Nicknames are unique; if one is taken, pick another.
- Are the Royale rivals real?
- Rivals with names are recorded climbs (ghosts) of real players who played the same course. If there are not enough players, the rest are AI rivals, shown with a bot icon next to their names.
- My skin packs are gone.
- Tap Restore Purchases in the skins section or in Settings; you need to be signed in with the store account you bought them with.
- Tilt control does not work.
- Turn on Settings > Tilt control. Tilt only works on phones; when it is off, you play by touch.
