Last Climber has no accounts, but your nickname, scores and ghost recordings are stored on our server. You can ask for them to be deleted by email; you do not need to reinstall the app.
Create a deletion request email
If your email app does not open, write to canavcilar77@gmail.com with the subject “Last Climber data deletion request”.
How does it work?
- Write your in-game nickname (Settings > Player name) in the message.
- Because there are no accounts, a nickname alone does not prove ownership. We send you a short code; temporarily changing your nickname in the game to that code shows that the device is yours.
- After verification the records are deleted and you are told the result by email. Requests are reviewed manually; pressing the button does not delete anything immediately.
Which data is deleted?
Scores linked to your player ID, the nickname record, league state and round scores, ghost recordings, challenges you created and your challenge results, and (if you used the web version) web notification subscriptions. Deleted records cannot be restored.
Exact retention periods for hosting logs and support correspondence have not been set; deleting the records on the server does not mean these copies are deleted at the same time.
Data on your device
Uninstalling the app deletes the settings, records, skins, friends list and player ID on the device. Records on the server are not deleted automatically; we recommend sending the request above first, because after uninstalling, ownership cannot be verified by changing the nickname. Purchased packs stay in your store account and can be restored.
Resetting your advertising ID
Data Google processes for ads is tied to your device's advertising ID; we do not hold or delete that data. To break the link:
- Android: Settings > Google > Ads (on some devices Settings > Privacy > Ads) > “Reset advertising ID” or “Delete advertising ID”.
- iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. Turn off the app's permission or turn off “Allow Apps to Request to Track”; while it is off, the app cannot get the advertising identifier (IDFA).
For choices and requests about data Google processes for advertising: Google My Ad Center and the Google Privacy Policy.
