You can request deletion of your Pişti Ligi account and the game data linked to it by email, without reinstalling the app.
Create a deletion request email
If your email app does not open, write to canavcilar77@gmail.com with the subject “Pişti Ligi account deletion request”. The button only opens an email draft; you need to send the message yourself.
How does it work?
- Write your player nickname and that you want your account deleted. If you know it, you can add your player ID. If you have more than one account, say which one you mean.
- The request is reviewed by the publisher, Can Avcılar. Account ownership is verified separately so the wrong account is not deleted; a nickname or the sender's email address alone is not enough for deletion.
- The required verification steps and the status of the request are communicated by email. No account is deleted without ownership verification. If you cannot access your account, say so in your message; you do not need to sign in to the app to send a request.
Do not send your Google password, one-time verification code or the app's secret access key. We never ask for them for support.
Which data is deleted?
A verified account deletion covers the player record in the active system, the nickname and avatar link, league points, match records, season history, the Google account link and related recovery records. It does not delete your Google account or Gmail content.
A deleted game account and its points cannot be restored. Removing the app from your phone does not delete the account on the server.
In the iOS version
If Sign in with Apple is linked to your account, a verified deletion also covers that link, and revocation of the app's Sign in with Apple authorisation (token revocation) is sent to Apple. Device notification tokens (Apple Push Notification service) stored on the server are deleted as well. This does not delete your Apple Account. If you used a private relay email address, you can send your message from the mailbox it forwards to; ownership is still verified separately.
Timing and records
This is a manual review, not an automatic service. Account verification and the deletion result are communicated by email; pressing the button does not mean the account is deleted immediately.
Deleting active account data does not mean that backups and hosting access logs are deleted at the same time. Exact retention and cleanup periods for these records and for support correspondence have not yet been set; no commitment is made that all copies are deleted within a specific period. You may ask for information about these records in your request.
When the app's technical deletion confirmation is used, the record that validates retries is valid for 24 hours and removed in the next hourly cleanup after it expires. This record contains the access key hash and the request ID; it is not anonymous. This technical period does not apply to backups.
